Pro-op & Post-op Opportunities

I was mentally prepared, but not physically prepared for my right shoulder surgery two years ago. The physical therapy alone was painful enough, not to add it took three days a week for four months out of my life.
This time, I was prepared! Left shoulder surgery! Piece of Cake!! The difference:

Pre-Op:
Plenty of water with lemon through out the day
2 weeks prior:
Aroma Touch Therapy
1 week prior:
Aroma Touch Therapy & Daily OnGuard to feet
2 days prior:
Balance,vetiver and frankincense with fractionated coconut oil massage into area of
surgery, neck and brainstem
ALSO
OnGuard, sage, frankincense and basil massage into area of surgery
1 day prior:
Repeat yesterdays regimen

Post-op:
ASAP apply peppermint and basil to area of surgery
For cramping: apply sage, birch and aromatouch
Daily:
Frankincense, OnGuard, oregano with carrier oil to area of surgery
Diffuse:
Frankincense and OnGuard
Aroma Touch therapy twice a week until feeling better
